FEATURES
The accommodations are equipped with sufficient equipment and accessories for the persons indicated on the contract. For example, the facilities provided for a 4/5-seater house are: plates, cutlery, glasses and coffee cups for six; 1 tureen; 1 pan; 1 pasta pot; 2 different casseroles; 1 saucepan; 1 coffee maker; 1 ladle; 2 wooden spoons; 1 grater; 1 bottle opener corkscrew; 1 can opener; 1 cutting board; 1 bread basket; a bucket with a mop; 1 broom with dustpan; 1 plastic bowl; 1 or more ashtrays. All houses have at least: a 2-burner stove or kitchen with oven; 1 fridge; hot water for the shower; table and chairs; wardrobe; normal bed bases and mattresses for the places described; 1 blanket for each bed. Other accessories such as deck chairs are at the discretion of the owner; outdoor tables and chairs; iron; orthopedic bed bases and mattresses. Linen (also table linen) that the customer can bring personally is excluded. Companies operate on site where it is possible to rent only bed linen and towels. The appliances in the house are scrubbing; 1 broom with dustpan; 1 plastic bowl; 1 or more ashtrays. All houses have at least: a 2-burner stove or kitchen with oven; 1 fridge; hot water for the shower; table and chairs; wardrobe; normal bed bases and mattresses for the places described; 1 blanket for each bed. Other accessories such as deck chairs are at the discretion of the owner; outdoor tables and chairs; iron; orthopedic bed bases and mattresses. The appliances in the house must be checked on arrival, the repair of any faults that occurred during the lease are the responsibility of the customers. Since these are islands where it is difficult to find technicians or find appliance stores or to transport materials, repairs and replacements will be made within the times compatible with the individual local realities.

RELEASE OF THE PROPERTY
The houses are delivered clean and tidy. Cleaning accessories are at home; detergents and sponges are charged to customers. Customers must: wash the dishes; to turn off the water heater; to empty the dustbin taking away all the garbage; to replace any furniture moved during the stay. Crockery and other household equipment (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or transported outside the home. It is compulsory to use at least one sheet between the mattress and the person, even when sleeping bags are used, the lack of application may involve charges for washing mattress covers and / or bedspreads. All defaults will result in charges assessed from time to time by the appointee himself. After delivery, the faults caused by the customer (clogging of the toilet and sinks, detachment of sockets, damage to equipment or property, mattress covers and / or pillow covers and / or stained bedspreads, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the customer and the amounts withheld directly from the security deposit. In doubtful cases, the appointee will retain the entire deposit and return any difference together with the receipt of the expense incurred for the restoration at a later time.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations and changes must be confirmed in writing by the customer. Cancellations made by customers for reservations made will result in the loss of the full amount of the deposit paid as a confirmation. No arrival; 24 hours after the no-show and without communication received, the “Aprea” Real Estate will be deemed free from any commitment and will return the availability of the accommodation to its
owner without any burden on him.

COMPLAINTS
Each accommodation has been visited and checked and the descriptions contained on this site are truthful and written in good faith. We disclaim any responsibility for any changes introduced by the owner or occurred after the activation of the site without our knowledge. Any breakdowns must be immediately reported to the person in charge of the houses and will be repaired as soon as possible, but always compatibly with the availability of materials and personnel in each location. Any complaints must be reported immediately to “Aprea” Real Estate within 24 hours of arrival at the latest. Failing this or our explicit authorization, customers who leave the accommodation prematurely will lose all rights or a possible refund of the unused rent. Any complaint reported at the end of the stay or after departure will not be taken into consideration.
